2021 Danish Dressage Championships
Under 25 rider Victoria Vallentin and Grand Prix rider Cathrine Dufour claimed the titles at the 2021 Danish national Grand Prix level championship held at Equitour Aalborg in Uggerhalne, Denmark, on 21 - 23 May 2021.
Since 2019 the Danish Championships have been taking place at Andreas Helgstrand s riding club in Uggerhalne instead of the traditional venue at Broholm castle.

After winning the Under 25 Nationals in 2019, Vallentin was relagated to a silver medal position in 2020. Aboard Russian Alexander Lebedev s 13-year old Westfalian gelding Brooklyn (by Hogwart (by Holland x Pit I) x Baldini II ) she reigned supreme again in 2021, claiming the title and the gold medal.

After an exciting bid up, the Vitalis son Versaille sold to Spain for 40,500 euro, the top price of the 2021 Hanoverian May Online Foal Auction which concluded on 20 May 2021.
The Hanoverian society is hosting a series of Verden Foal Spring auctions in a two week rhythm. The next online foal auctions with approx. 20 foals each are: 31 May to 3 June, 14 to 17 June and 28 June to 1 July.
Versaille
Versaille is by Vitalis out of state premium mare Delilah (by Don Romantic x Dancier). He is bred by Gerda Stein. Nine clients bid on him 45 times, but in the end he sold to Spain for 40,500 euro after a bidding duel against a regular from Denmark.

Aboard the 9-year old Oldenburg gelding Bon Romantic, Swedish Sara Magnusson-Lostria made her return to the international Grand Prix ring after a 13-year old break. Coached and supervised by German horse dealer Jochen Arl, Sara and Bon Romantic made their first Grand Prix miles at the CDI s in Opglabbeek and Grote Brogel.
The Bordeaux x Don Romantic gelding is now ready for the big time with Spaniard Borja Carrascosa, who will produce him to international top level to be sold.
