Many states are overwhelmed and economists expect it will get worse. On wall street stocks surged despite the appointment numbers, traders are anticipating passage of the massive coronavirus ada bill. The dow gained more than 1300 points today, nasdaq rose 413 and the s p was up 154. The relief bill is the president desk as soon as tomorrow.
