Right now at 11 00, we continue to follow our breaking news in southern california. Some calm and quiet right now at usc after a lot of clashes on campus. Police just confirming now that 93 people have been arrested at that propalestinian protest. This is video from our nbc chopper of Police Loading those protesters into those white vans and taking them to the county jail. Protesters had set up an encampment at usc this morning. They were asked to leave later in the day. When they ignored warnings from police, the officers moved in and then things got a bit rowdy. We saw demonstrators throwing objects and water at officers. They also moved on to the streets, blocking cars. The usc campus is now closed. Only on to students and staff. Here at home, a peaceful protest continues at uc berkeley for the Third Straight night students and propalestinian supporters are camping out on the plaza. Jared goff. [ applause and cheers ] we saw him play in high school and never would we have thought he would get this far but we knew he had something special. Reporter a bay area boy heads to the big leagues. He has gotten to this point where hes just flourished. Reporter before star quarterback jared goff made his mark at cal this gridiron at Marin Catholic was his turf. He will even beat you at ping pong.
