The annual Adair County SB40 Legislative Coffee Chat was held on Monday, Aug. 28, at the SB40 Community Learning Center. Adair County SB40 Board Chair Don Crosby welcomed the community leadership to the coffee chat. Stating that he has been on the board since the agency’s inception, he has grown passionate about the service needs of individuals with intellectual developmental disabilities living in Northeast Missouri.
