Delaware superior court. we believe the legal team believes we have a pretty strong case that the public has a right to know how the judge arrived at certain decisions in the case, and we will only know that if we see what s underneath these redactions. that doesn t mean we re entitled to see everything because legally fox and any company that s being sued in civil court can redact things that, say, have financial information or trade secrets, but proprietary stuff. or addresses and emails. social security numbers and all that kind of stuff. exactly. that s totally legit, but what s not legit to redact is stuff that s just embarrassing, and the judge has actually warned beth sides in the dominion-fox case that they cannot simply redact things because they find them embarrassing and that s what we think is behind a lot of this. why is that still an option to see that if fox and dominion have settled? so that s another issue that we ve asked the judge to clarify ....
