Bongani Ntanzi insists that neither he nor his family had given lawyer, Dominic Mjiyako, instructions to represent him in his ammunition case and in the current murder case.
Though the State on Wednesday concluded its cross-examination of the second accused, Bongani Ntanzi, his defence requested for court records of his possession of ammunition case appearances.
