Cody wallace is charged with the death of 2yearold Thomas Oconnell the fourth. Back in november of 2010. He was watching the boy, while his mother was at work. Wallace says the boy fell and hit his head. But. Prosecutors say this cant be true. And the boys injuries prove this point. Here is a portion of the closing statements.
