Yesterday s decision is that the it just reemphasizes that the evidence ultimately leads to the oval office. i don t have any reason to believe that judge garland won t be doing that. on the other hand, if there were more direct proceedings looking into that, even grand jury proceedings, witnesses would begin to talk and we would start to have news stories about people being called into a grand jury. all of that said, it is not necessarily a bad tactic for the justice department to allow the january 6th committee, which has been doing a yeoman s job of collecting some of the evidence and studying it as it comes in. so, you know, i think i hold out hope that this will actually lead to some action. i think it is important that it lead to some action or at least a determination whether or not a prosecution could be made. this is the way we have to defend our democracy. i mean we don t have to take up ....

jamie: this is incredible. looking at it, you can imagine the property damage, but on top of that, you have the health concern about standing water. do the people heed the call, and leave? and are they getting the help they need? rick: yes, for the most part, they have left, this obviously they are gone and couldn t be here but i talked with one fireman who said yesterday he was having all kinds of people who were trying to get back in, still to rescue their family members, where the worried had risen and they were not able to get back there. the water doesn t come up evenly and one road floods, and you try to get a detour and different spots are flooded any is difficult to make sense of and it is difficult to make sense of it, but all kinds of red cross shelters shuts up and the community coming together here and other places for people to go. there are shelters for them. jamie: thank you so much, rick reichmuth, you have been doing a yeoman s job on the weather down there. ....
