Sacramento sisters Gwendolyn and Lucy Giles, who perform as the punk band Dog Party, are about to embark on a tour of California and Nevada throughout January, with fellow Sacramentonians The Snares opening. They will be kicking off this run with a show at The Crepe Place Thursday.
