He has gone through a series much difficult times during his presidency. the one thing that really has dented his popularity more than anything else was obamacare. and that was it was dented because for the very first time what voters saw was this was somebody that they felt like they could no longer trust in the way they once did. bob? i think that all presidents are loyal to a fault. and this president is no exception. we had that with bush and rumsfeld. waited until after the election to fire rumsfeld. this president doesn t fire a lot of people. i agree with amy that christie had to fire those aides. he just had to. there was no choice about. did he do okay in that press conference? yes, if his story holds up. that s a big if. but to this point, it has i do think a lot of democrats on capitol hill especially with obamacare want heads to roll and it didn t happen. you know, i want to credit christie but i sort of observed that doing ....
