home to blame? welcome. i m neil cavuto. this is your world. first to david spunt at the justice department on the supreme scare nor a supreme court justice. the suspect s name is nicholas roske. he s from simi valley, california. he s appearing before a judge right now in maryland, in federal court. he was in the custody of the fbi. he s charged right now, neil, with attempted murder of a u.s. supreme court justice. we know according to federal law enforcement services and the crime complaint that roske took a taxi cab to justice brett kavanaugh s home in maryland outside washington d.c. this morning at 1:05 a.m. two deputies that were watching kavanaugh s home, two u.s. marshals, saw him walk down the street. then we know at 1:42 a.m., roske called 911, said he was there to harm justice brett kavanaugh and that he was suicidal. police arrived to find him with a gun, a knife, pepper spray a crowbar and zip ties. he was booked at a local police station and the fbi took hi
