of regulation that will not hinder growth in innovation. at the end of the day, the f.c.c. s rules simply maintain the status quo principles that most broadband providers already embrace. the rules preserve a number of existing business models for broadband providers to pursue as well as paving the way for new innovative offerings. contrary to the claims by opponents of the f.c.c., these high-level rules of the road do not allow the agency to micromanage broadband providers. they balance clarity with flexibility. and they don t require broadband providers to seek permission from the commission before deploying a network management practice. in fact, the rules specifically recognize the unique network management challenges across different platforms and afford broadband providers the latitude they need to manage their networks efficiently. some opponents of the f.c.c. argue that we don t need any rules in this area because any trust laws antitrust laws are sufficient. ....

here. a good deal of our focus was about this budget. it makes difficult decisions but does so again artfully, not cru crudely even coming out the same week the continuing resolution that shows the sharp contrast. creating jobs and meeting the nodes of the american people. $1.1 trillion over the life of the budget we look forward. we are not reducing the deficit or strengthening the middle class we talked about reducing the deficit but caution not to go too quickly. they go with their wreckless policy. coming out of that the fiscal reform commission said when we go down this path of cutting the spending, we have to be caution this year we can reverse this. part of what i m adding to it. democrats are committed to reducing the deficit helping us win the future. is there a plan to put out details for what you want to see? putting forth the budget. the president put out the budget. the republicans are saying if you lost the job, so be it. we will be addressing all aspects ....
