Aides are nervous over what they call the president s obsession with the russia probe. politico reporting the president has watched hours of coverage every day, sometimes storing morning shows on his tivo and complain nonstop. with me kathleen parker syndicated columnist with the washington post and josh, white house reporter for politico who broke those two stories. josh, it sounds like the white house is not able to sort of shake this. even though the investigation at this point, apparently the president s lawyers deny it, but the president at least is part of the investigation. but the other staffers are not. but they seem to be, nonetheless, shaken and distracted by it. i think that s certainly true. the president particularly. i think several weeks they tried to do infrastructure last week, work force development this week. but every day there s new revelations whether document retentions, you know, new threads in the investigation, the president s anger about the investigation. ....
