(WKBW) â Niagara County Community College says it is beginning its spring semester on January 19th, with increased safety measures. The school says most classes will operate virtually through February 1st and a limited number of SUNY approved high-contact labs will take place in-person throughout the semester. NCCC says it is proceeding with reduced in-person capacities in order to maintain a safe learning and working environment.
