Judge Scott Delconte is giving the Oneida County Board of Elections until the end of the day January 27 to review voter registrations that had been made through the New York State Department of Motor Vehicles on time but not recorded by that county’s board of elections.
Incumbent Congressman Anthony Brindisi, the Democrat and Republican challenger and former Congresswoman Claudia Tenney are at odds over whether those affidavit votes should be counted.
