Migsun Group has sold 47,000 square feet of retail space in its commercial project in Delhi to Dmart for Rs 108 crore. Dmart acquired the lower ground and first floors to set up a hypermarket store. Migsun Group previously acquired 9-acre land parcels for Rs 265 crore to develop a high-street retail project.
Stocks that were in focus included names like DMart, which fell 4%, RVNL, which jumped 2.65%, and VST Industries, whose shares declined 1.7% on Wednesday.
