We want to be collective bringing together the citys Diverse Services and resources especially to up lift families voices creating a community of all the adults who care for and about Young Children. And as supervisor melgar mentioned, this is about being comprehensive taoism we too, we want to be sure we are taking the whole family approach and for all members who live in the communities and people who care for them and for making sure there are no gaps and missing links in families and supporting every system of care. Hello, supervisors, thank you very much for your time today, id like to start off by introducing myself, morgan fitzgibbons, i would like to thank supervisor breed for nominating me for this position. A little bit about my xwal fi occasions, i am a cofounder of the wig party and we make the area around the wig more sustainable and resilient, you may not recognize me because i dont have my wig on today. In addition to the work that we do through the wig party which has a strong emphasis on bicycle advocacy as well as other things like local food and local economy projects, with regards to bicycle advocacy, we encourage safe riding, to promote bicycle use in general and i also am adjunct professor of environmental studies of the university of San Francisco, so thats also, its outside district 5, but also an important part of the growing bicycle culture through our neighborhood and inner city, you know, im excited about this oppor ....

Lane off of market to mission because ive been saying for the last couple of months, the bicyclists are becoming the new automobile for the pedestrians at least because just like the gentleman was saying, on Market Street, its so bad and i love living downtown because its close to everything i need and i can cross Market Street at any given time and just like the gentleman said, the bus would be there, the bus would be here, and then the bicyclists will come screaming through, dont stop, dont stop, the lights red and were paying all this attention to these bicyclists and its very good, i walk and catch the bus myself, but its good that were getting all these bike lanes and stuff but we need to start educating the bicyclists to respect the pedestrians because somebodys going to get hit and its not just because the bus i mean, the people are getting off the bus and just crossing ....

Thousand cases representing over 40 thousand San Francisco residents served by this program. Upwards of 7 Million Dollars in cal fresh benefits are issued each month in San Francisco, mostly trance transacted by large retailers, now a third of our monthly applications come in online, during my tenure with cal fresh, we established a Restaurant Meal Program where lowincome, homeless or disabled individuals can eat hot meals, now 7 other california counties operate such a program. Yet theres still significant work to do with cal fresh, notably the horizontal integration with medical for the Affordable Care act implementation allowing one application for both programs, and further expansion of the program ....
