Been involved in terms of specific policy or barrier removal. Barrier or more to bring some place to the dmv but for instance, if i see 20 people having the same issue i tried try to have a solution for the system it could be a policy or change. I realize dont think terms of you personally did it by yourself when youre talking about barrier removal that goes with the work im currently doing in district 11 we know there are a lot of people f with limited english capacities. Im working with this right now and hoping ill be able to follow through with that. Were currently looking at American People e s l class. First like supervisor breed said im a personal policy i dont like to sport residency waiver requirement San Francisco has a lot of talent and we need to capital lists and a grow the young staent tlaebt to were growing our future leaders. Im going to be in favor of waivers. We did wave a residency requirement for one lady for the Childcare Committee because she recommended a very unique ethnic community. I did not want to miss out on an opportunity to have an individual on the committee who could be an extraordinary educate to our city and atolysis thats will booker anybody here from the workforce staff here . Heres my question maybe i dont know if anyone can answer it. Theres supposed be 7 members on this committee i believe and i have some demographics breakdown it seems like theres 6 bodies so for you have 3 men and women 3 africanamericans and one kaukts thats 6 and even though its supposed to be a 7 member body are we missing a person is there a vacant seat . Oh, okay got it. Okay. Heres my thought. The person i do know is lilly wong ive seen here work and commitment to the community that shes one that will do the work and thats with the development and it would be nice to have a younger voice to sort of bridge the gap for young peo ....

I work with a lot of people ive talked about district lifting but i work with a lot of workforce cooperatives all over the city. I want to get a better sense of whats going on in San Francisco but i want to make sure that low and moderate income folks have jobs in the city and so i want want to make sure we keep those ideas in mind when were doing anything to support people. I think its easy as policymakers to elect people on the committee or stuff like that to lose sight of the actual people were servicing. That about all the different possibility of what is a barrier for them to Access Employment and i would want to hope to add that into the conversation so you think its not happening right now. I think it is i thi ....
