Egargue, chief of the Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (PDRRMO), said in an interview on Monday that the affected families are those living in high-risk areas and they were evacuated to safer grounds at the height of the typhoon. The town of Dingalan has the highest number of affected residents, with 4,382; followed by Dipaculao with 3,991; Baler, 1,349; Dilasag, 947; Casiguran, 861; San Luis, 727; Dinalungan, 617; and Maria Aurora with 593. The power supply was cut off in the whole province at 5:10 p.m. Sunday and has not yet been restored as of this posting. Egargue ....
