City Controller Chris Hollins said it’s important to put the numbers in perspective by comparing HFD salaries to firefighters in other big Texas cities.
The Hanford City Council on Tuesday voted 3–0 to reorganize its leadership. The decision came at the request of Councilmember Francisco Ramirez (District D) during a Comments and Communications session.
After several City Council races in November were too close to call, the runoff results of Saturday's elections will bring a few new faces to the Council next year.
