I talked to the Public Health officer here in Santa Clara County and she has told us that a person who was a San Mateo County resident, so the next county up, came down to google headquarters within the past week. That person was infected with measles and now there is a concern there has been at least the exposure of the virus to google employees here in Santa Clara County so for the past few days, Santa Clara County Health Department has been doing followup, talking to employees at google to find out where they have been and if they are starting to become symptomatic with measles. Right now, that is not the case. Doctors says say there has not been a spread from this county or from the one person from San Mateo County that came to googles headquarters. It is early but it could be another two weeks before they know for sure.
