7月1日下午，南京隆重举行庆祝中国共产党成立100周年座谈会暨市“两优一先”表彰会，认真学习习近平总书记在庆祝中国共产党成立100周年大会上的重要讲话精神，表彰全市优秀共产党员、优秀党务工作者和先进基层党组织，共同庆祝伟大的中国共产党百年华诞。江苏省委常委、南京市委书记韩立明，南京市代市长夏心旻出席会议。
就在前一天的6月30日，韩立明为南京市级机关党员干部讲授党史学习教育专题党课。她指出，要深入学习贯彻习近平总书记重要讲话重要指示精神，从波澜壮阔的百年党史中汲取历史经验，加强政治建设，不断提高政治判断力、政治领悟力、政治执行力，以建党百年为新起点，奋力谱写“强富美高”新南京建设的现代化新篇章。
