SCHELLSBURG â A Schellsburg man and an activist from Milwaukee were both charged with aggravated assault and other charges on Friday, more than eight months after the two allegedly exchanged gunfire during an altercation along Lincoln Highway in Juniata Township. Terry L. Myers, 51, of Schellsburg, was arraigned before District Judge Tonya Osman on one count of aggravated assault â a second degree felony â as well as 19 counts of both simple assault and recklessly endangering another person, one count of criminal mischief and harassment.
