It is the second time U.S. Middle District Judge Jennifer P. Wilson has sanctioned Paul L. Parshall, 80, of Naples, for failing to comply with her orders. She ordered him in May 2020 to pay attorneys representing Penn State $9,493 because he failed to provide the required discovery material. The university requested attorney fees in both instances. On Thursday, Wilson ordered Parshall to pay the $17,447 for violating her court orders of March 27 and May 18, 2020.

Central Pa. woman who was shot, then charged with tax fraud is now heading to federal prison

Central Pa. woman who was shot, then charged with tax fraud is now heading to federal prison Updated Mar 04, 2021; Kim Forney has had a rough couple of years. In September 2018 she was shot in the leg during a domestic violence incident at her York County home. Police officers who responded to that call followed a trail of bloody footprints to a bag filled with cash. That discovery led to Forney and her husband, Matthew, being charged with tax fraud for skimming roughly $800,000 in cash payments to their business, KP Home Collection LLP, and failing to report that income to the IRS.
