A former organist at a Harrisburg church already charged with possessing hundreds of images of child pornography will serve 15 years in federal prison after prosecutors say he attempted to solicit even more of the illicit images.
Justin Wagner was ordered to serve the mandatory prison term by U.S. Middle District Judge Jennifer P. Wilson, court records show. Wagner must also pay a total of $30,000 in restitution to six children who were sexually abused in the making of the videos, according to prosecutors.
Wilson also ordered that Wagner serve 15 years of probation following his prison term, according to court records.

WILLIAMSPORT – A federal judge has ordered a Florida businessman who maintains he holds the trademark for Penn State Nittany Lion Beer to pay the university $17,447 to cover legal fees.
It is the second time U.S. Middle District Judge Jennifer P. Wilson has sanctioned Paul L. Parshall, 80, of Naples, for failing to comply with her orders.
She ordered him in May 2020 to pay attorneys representing Penn State $9,493 because he failed to provide the required discovery material. The university requested attorney fees in both instances.
On Thursday, Wilson ordered Parshall to pay the $17,447 for violating her court orders of March 27 and May 18, 2020.
