广州东华西路一棵路树突然倒下压坏两辆小车 无人员伤亡

记者当天上午11时在现场所见，倒下的行道树位于东华西路东往西方向东川路至较场西路之间的路段。记者到场时，行道树倒下的部分已被清理，但树的残余主干仍然留在现场立在路边。
“早上8点多发生的，然后路双方向交通就中断了。”一名路边店铺店员告诉记者，倒树的枝干较长，一度压着东华西路双方向车道，两辆事发时行经的小车及悬在东华西路半空的无轨电车电线被压中。由于事发时刚好处于车辆等红灯时段，故现场车速不快，可能因此减轻了车辆和人员的损伤。据悉，事发后很快有园林抢险人员到场，对倒下行道树的枝干部分进行清理，在清理期间东华西路东川路至较场西路双方向行车一度受阻。
