INVESTIGATIONS REGARDING VIOLENCE AT THE CAPITOL Posted on Below is a list of defendants charged in federal court in the District of Columbia related to crimes committed at the U.S. Capitol in Washington, D.C, on Wednesday, Jan. 6, 2021.  Every case is being prosecuted by the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Columbia. Following arrests, or surrender, defendants must appear before district court magistrate/judge where the arrest takes place, in accordance with the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure. Two More Hoosiers Charged For Taking Part In Riots At The Capitol

UPDATE: Jan. 27, 2021 Israel Tutrow, the Greenfield man who was wanted for his participation in the Jan. 6 riots at the U.S. Capitol, has been taken into custody, STATEWIDE Two more men from Indiana have been charged for taking part in the riots at the U.S. Capitol Jan. 6. Joshua Wagner, of Greenwood, and Israel Tutrow, of Greenfield, are each facing a shot list of federal charges. – Knowingly Entering or Remaining in any Restricted Building or Grounds. – Disorderly Conduct Which Impedes the Conduct of Government Business. – Disruptive Conduct in the Capitol Buildings. – Parading, Demonstrating or Picketing in the Capitol Buildings. Wagner has turned himself in to the FBI a few days after the riots once he figured out that they had pictures of him inside the Capitol. The feds also have pictures of Tutrow inside as well. He has not turned himself in and is a wanted man.
