Weather update today live: On June 20, the India Meteorological Department (IMD) issued a forecast of intense rainfall in 10 states. Meanwhile IMD has said that heatwave over East India and adjoining Central India likely to abate from June 23. The IMD also issued a 'Red Alert' and predicted 'very heavy' to 'extremely heavy' rainfall across several districts of Assam over the next few days. ....
