香港國安法 “一國兩制”裏程碑
　　由律政司主辦的香港國安法法律論壇共安排了三場座談會，匯聚法律專家圍繞香港國安法中的實體法和程序法相關條文，以及其他司法管轄區的維護國家安全性質的法律進行探討。專家認為，世界上許多國家都擁有維護國家安全性質的法律，香港國安法的訂立合情合理，且香港國安法的實施在“一國兩制”事業中具有裏程碑意義。
　　
　　江樂士表示，香港國安法的出台使不法分子受到了應有的懲罰，令香港重新變成了一座安全的城市。目前由於香港實行普通法，因此在審理涉及國安法案件時，可以預見暫時並沒有相應的案例可以參考，但法律學者、業界同仁都在積極地探索尋找出路。

香港國安法「一國兩制」里程碑

　　全國人大常委會法工委憲法室主任雷建斌、律政司署理刑事檢控專員楊美琪、中國政法大學訴訟法學研究院院長兼教授熊秋紅，圍繞香港國安法中的程序法部分進行探討。
　　國安案審理屬司法機構範圍
　　楊美琪表示，國安案件的排期，以及委派哪位指定法官負責審理等，都由相關級別的法院決定，全屬司法機構職責範圍。她強調法官會遵守司法誓言、依法履職，不會因為行政長官有權指定若干法官而干擾到法官審判。她還指出，國安案件中的控方，會維護及保障被告得到公平審訊的權利。對於涉國安法案件不設陪審團，她引述上訴法庭指出，陪審團審訊並非刑事司法程序中唯一可達至公平的方式，亦不是基本法或《香港人權法案條例》有關公平審訊規定不可或缺的元素。
