Feds: Iowa facility for people with disabilities conducted human experiments on residents without consent
The U.S. Department of Justice started investigating Glenwood Resource Center after there were reports of physical and sexual experimentation.

GLENWOOD, Iowa Iowa failed to protect some of it s most vulnerable residents, according to a report released Monday by the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ).
The DOJ said they have reasonable cause to believe that conditions at Glenwood Resource Center violated the Constitution and federal law.
