Dimapur, Sep. 28 (EMN): The Sumi Students’ Union (SKK) has welcomed the notification issued by the Directorate School of Education to all the heads of schools and district education offices against accommodation of proxy teaching in the school by government appointed teachers. “Such stern steps have been calling out from different corner of student bodies and organisations about the availing of un-appointed and unqualified teachers taking place in numerous schools,” SKK education statistics secretary, Ngukato L Aye, and the president, Katho P Awomi, stated in a joint statement. The union felt that those ill activities could nurture a bad fruit in the society and spoil the future of the students.
