Sri Lankan envoys to South India meet with industry professionals to seek business opportunities for bolstering economy

Making a great initiative to start the New Year 2021, Sri Lanka Deputy High Commission in Chennai organized a business interaction session with industry professionals who have been operating in legal, film and investment sectors in South India.
The objective of the session was to make the professionals aware of business and investment opportunities available in Sri Lanka and promote Sri Lanka as a destination for shooting South Indian films.
Welcoming the professionals, Actg. Deputy High Commissioner K. Kiritharan stressed the importance of doing business with Sri Lanka and cost advantages that can be gained due to the exclusive proximity of Sri Lanka to the southern part of India.
