There s been a shift in the pavement, make leakage from underneath in the soil. but there is flooding with this. so the river the lakes actually, the waters flow southward. so what we re going to find here is not just the homes along the lake beds, but all the communities that actually make their way toward the east. so again, quite concerning. now, the next problem is we have heard reports that there have actually been as many as 30 breaches in the last several days. again, some of these are minor. some of these are dikes, wolf, that have given way. and the water s spilling into countryside and other communities. take a look at the rivers. small tributaries, some were at historic levels the last couple days like gill creek near columbia, rising seven feet in just a matter of hours. they will fill into the larger tributaries. all of the rivers in south carolina, wolf, flow from the northwest to the east-southeast. so the same communities that were inundated and submerged are now go ....
Inches in some areas from columbia to myrtle beach. we have learned there are at least 754 calls for help. 320 collisions. three fatalities that are are weather related. what she is saying to everyone listening is to please stay inside. do not go out on those roads. we have just learned within moments ago that there were two dams that have failed. that have been breached which have also impacted an those roads that are still being flooded. she said this is not going to end until sometime on tuesday. i want to bring in our own tom sader in the cnn weather center. this is different than a hurricane. dealing with water that s sitting that has to be removed that s not moving anywhere. that that is what s the problem. there s several issues here. the low-lying area, the ponding of water. poor drinking water. water treatment facilities are are now getting breached. we re looking at infrastructure issues when it comes to dikes and dams. bridges are buckling. ....
Shift to the north. the outer banks, tidal bore area, estuaries, evacuations, again, on the coast of the outer banks we re also going to see not just in north carolina but moisture streaming in to the same location that s been inundated with over a foot and a half, 2 feet of rain. the concern is the rivers, already, uponp oppy, some river near or above historic levels even washing away river gauges. that s something that doesn t happen. you don t see that. all of this rain still need to make its way into the larger tributaries and rivers and seem to flow back toward the ocean which is going to see an additional 6 to 10 might be isolated 10 inches more in the next 24 hours. water treatment facilities are going inundated. the need for fresh water. the infrastructure on bridges, dikes. and even some dams are in up jeopardy. as soon as we get the low pressure out, we ll see the moisture plume lift a little bit. evacuations going to take place not just in south carolina but ....

My charges. i lived my whole life as a criminal. most people, they fight with that every day. they say i m going to get out, i m going to do this. i m going to get out and do that. they can t come to grips with themselves and realize what they have become is this. this is what they breathe, they eat, they feel. just because they go home, don t mean they leave. their mind is still here. today dikes is being transferred to another state prison and has no regrets. what s your number? 375382. what s your birthday? 1/21/77. i m packed up and ready to go. ready to get out of here? yeah. why is that? this place sucks. exit. you don t try to better yourself while you re here, then you re stuck. you don t learn nothing from coming to prison unless you put your feet in the concrete and go ....
