Let me start, if i can with a very personal note, and that is i have known her for a little more than a quartercentury which means we got together in what was another millennium and it sure feels like another millennium. She was an extraordinary friend and colleague and i, along with my colleagues here at brookings and form policy are so glad that once again she will be colleagu colleague. I think the timing of this part of the program fits very well with the panel that we have just heard from.
