Some people have voiced concerns over that being a problem. But the city maintains that is not part of the plan and when i spoke with the citys assistant administrator about those concerns, she reiterated that statement and she kind of gave us a breakdown of exactly where the 200 milliondollars will come from. The city has pledged 200 million. One hundred million would be coming from new stadium revenues that would be structured as part of the deal and the other one hundred million would be coming from an enhanced infrastructure financing district that the city is allowed to do via state law that would again focus revenues that are from the site and from the redevelopment of the site to pay for infrastructure improvement. The details of the plan will come out soon depending on the vote.
