We need to set the polics up for success by providing stability. Moving toward a 35 year end date would better enable to committee to conduct proper oversight and consider changes over time. In addition, we look to make changes to some of the policies and more importantly we look to offset the cost associated with both extenders we must not cross on to patients who rely on the programs. I want to highlight some of the extenders and how they help the medicare and Medicaid Programs. This isnt a long list, but they are ones i would like to urge the committee to extend. One is the qualify for medicare that assists Medicare Beneficiary by covering the cost.
