Hall, 39, of Eubank, entered the plea in Pulaski District Court on Wednesday. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for March 10. Hall was arrested by Pulaski County Sher- iffâs Deputy Marcus Harrison and charged with operating a mo- tor vehicle under the influence (first offense); first-degree wanton en- dangerment; and failure to use child restraint device in vehicle. London, KY, USA / SAM 103.9 FM WWEL | Today s Pop Hits Jan 6, 2021 11:15 AM Kentucky State Police say troopers responded to a two-vehicle crash at the intersection of US-27 and KY-70 in Pulaski County. Investigators say 39-year-old Phillip Hall was traveling west on KY-70 in a pickup truck when he tried to cross the northbound lanes on US-27, hitting another pickup truck that was traveling northbound on US 27. Their initial investigation led them to believe the second driver, 56-year-old Barbara Haste, attempted to avoid the crash. Both Barbara Haste and the passenger, 59-year-old Diane Haste, suffered life-threatening injuries and were pronounced dead at the scene by the Pulaski County Coroner. Hall was arrested as troopers believe alcohol played a role in the crash. At last report a toxicology report was pending. Hall was charged with wanton endangerment, operating a motor vehicle under the influence, and failure to use child restraint device. He was lodged in the Pulask ....
