As well as two counts of felony dui. This crash happened a little before 7 00. Officers say a man and woman in their 50s were walking the dog west of constitution when the car allegedly hit and killed them. Police are looking into how fast she was driving, but both victims were hit from behind. Officers say the car then went over the Center Divide and hit another car.
