We have come out of the deepest financial crisis and we are now nine years out of that crisis. In that time, the global order had reversed. There was policy problems and in and the emergency market, there were new roles, and some used these wisely and some didnt. Now that things are reverting to the old order, the industry countries are doing better than emerging markets. It is a normal correction.
