Lydia “Dia” Abrams has been missing since Sunday morning, June 7, 2020 from her home in Bonita Vista.
Dia went for a walk that day on her 160-acre ranch in the Apple Canyon area and never returned. Although volunteers searched for her the following day, she was never found.
Dia’s two children, Clinton and Crisara Abrams, of San Diego are plaintiffs in the current court action. The petition seeks the removal of the two trustees, Keith Harper and Diana Fedder. Harper and Fedder are currently taking care of the property. Harper states he is Dia’s finance and filed a power of attorney document claiming control of the Bonita Vista Ranch that Dia owned. ....

SAN DIEGO A trust agreement signed by Lydia “Dia” Abrams two weeks before she went missing in June 2020 near Idyllwild, leaves her estate to the man who claims to be the missing woman s fiancé.
That man, Keith Harper, filed a petition in Riverside County court March 22, asking a judge to appoint him successor trustee to the Abrams estate, as spelled out in the trust agreement.
The Dia Kenshalo Abrams Trust originally was signed by Abrams in December 2016; though at the time, her properties east of Idyllwild were not transferred into the trust. ....

SAN DIEGO The family of Lydia “Dia” Abrams – who went missing nine months ago from her ranch near Idyllwild – is asking a judge to remove the current trustees of her estate.
The probate petition in Riverside County Superior Court targets the man claiming to be Abrams’ fiancé, as well as another woman, who both have been managing the properties since the woman’s disappearance.
Abrams, 65, a former La Jolla resident, mysteriously went missing on June 6, 2020, from her ranch in Mountain Center. ....
