Pattern that does produce offshore winds unfortunately. we do not see any rain in the forecast for the next seven to ten days. believe you me i d much rather be forecasting rain and snow at this point in time, but unfortunately, it is another forecast with offshore winds of i am starting to sound like a broken record, but forecast models show another diablo wind event on the horizon will develop over northern california, starting tomorrow nght, saturday night through sunday and will be lingering into monday. this will not be an event that we ve seen in recent memory, however. forecast models continue to suggest that that will be the strongest event of the year. and, if models are right, stronger than the october 8th and 9th 2017 fire event and possibly the strongest of the last several years. unfortunately, so again, when does the event start? ....
