A Louisiana father was killed this week after confronting a teenager who snuck into his home to see his teenage daughter. 17-year-old Nicholas Mcquirter had been forbidden from seeing Dezmon Hamilton s 14-year-old daughter. Apparently, then teen murder suspect was sneaking into the home via a ladder through the window. It was an ongoing forbidden issue as the 17-year-old used the same tactics at Hamilton s previous residence.
When Hamilton came home and found the 17-year-old in his home, he took the teen downstairs and there was an altercation. A double shooting took place resultiung in the death of the father and the 17-year-old being hospitalized. Now the teen is facing charges for “second-degree murder, illegal use of a weapon, and illegal possession of a stolen firearm. ”
