fighting back. the u.s. justice department officially filed the appeal to try and get the ban reinstated one day after a federal judge temporarily halted the president s executive order. in the wake of that ruling, the state department started reinstating travel visas canceled because of the order. a 12-year-old girl from yemen is hoping to arrive in the bay area to be reunited with her family. marianne favro joins us live with her story. this has been a tough road for their girl. it certainly has, peggy. the girl s attorney tells us the 12-year-old is now on her way here to sfo and expected to arrive here at 4:30 tomorrow afternoon. it s a journey six years in the making. 12-year-old eman ali is expected to arrive at sfo tomorrow afternoon from yemen. her parents live in los spanos and are citizens of the united states. she was born in yemen and about to head to the u.s. but stuck in limbo because of president trump s immigration ban. that could soon change now that
