We have clouds on the way. We are going to see more of a mostly to partly cloudy forecast through the rest of the day. I do expect most of us will remain dry. You might see what looks like snow on radar here passing through harrisburg. Ive been checking ground observations. Dont rule out a few isolated flurries north through the poconos. President trump vowed that the court ruling will eventually be overturned. Up until then the travel ban that had been in place for a week, there were celebrations as some people who had been detained made it into the u. S. Yesterday. A close call on the couch as a family laptop bursts into flames and then does it again and again. Its really scary when it exploded. It was really loud. 17yearold Devon Johnson was home with a friend as surveillance cameras rolled. The dow laptop had been charging on the couch just feet away. After blowing out the flames, unplugging it and placing it on the patio, it burst into flames again. After he extinguished it for good, he moves closer and boom. No warnings. It didnt heat up. Really the snow, thats going to be too far to the north. We have rain but a little too far to the south. Instead well be dry today, increasing clouds as the system starts to press along. The november call came from a nanny in pennsauken. She told the operator that the toddler in her care was throwing up blood. The boy ended up dying at some point after the eightminute call. The Prosecutors Office is handling the case. Again, no arrests yet. Police in Lehigh Valley need your help to find this man. They say hes been posing as an officer. According to investigators, the man pictured here pulled over a woman in lower saucon township claiming she had a brake light out. The woman realized he was not a Police Officer and drove off. Police tell us the man drove a white suv with a red and blue emergency light on the dashboard. This morning a coatesville man is under arrest after crewing rescued him from a quarry in lehigh county. The suspect fell down a 30foot embankment and into the quarry last night. Police say the man ran off after officers pulled him over. According to investigators, the suspect refused an initial rescue attempt. So officers then threw down a floatation device and called in the Fire Department for a rescue. After about 40 minutes the man was freed from the bottom of the quarry.
