Countrymade Liquor: Barring country made liquor, prices of beer, whisky, vodka, rum and wine are expected to remain largely unchanged. The excise policy, which would come into effect from April 1 of next year, was approved by the state cabinet on Tuesday. While no major change has been suggested, prices of country made liquor (tetra pack and bottle) are expected to go up by Rs 5 as duty has been increased.
