Further attacks on Ukraine Today with three children among seven people killed by a russian missile and a Drone Attack on the western city. Policing after a large number of metropolitan Police Officers stepped back from firearms duties. Their decision is linked to the case of an armed officer who was charged with the murder of a man. 24 year old chris kaba was unarmed when he was shot and killed in south london last year.
