青海：2030年全省风电、光伏装机1亿千瓦以上、清洁能源装机超过1.4亿千瓦_个股资讯_市场_中金在线

　　7月13日，青海省人民政府和国家能源局联合印发《青海打造国家清洁能源产业高地行动方案》(以下简称《行动方案》)。《行动方案》着眼保障能源安全和应对气候变化两大目标任务，锚定2030年全省风电、光伏装机1亿千瓦以上、清洁能源装机超过1.4亿千瓦的目标，服务全国如期实现碳达峰、碳中和目标。
　　《行动方案》主要提出了两个层面的目标。一是到2025年，国家清洁能源产业高地初具规模，黄河上游清洁能源基地建设稳步推进，清洁能源装机占比、发电量占比、一次能源消费占比进一步提高，清洁能源发展的全国领先地位进一步提升。到2030年，国家清洁能源产业高地基本建成，力争实现“双脱钩”，为全国能源结构优化，如期实现碳达峰、碳中和目标作出青海贡献。二是建成零碳电力系统。到2030年，全面建成以清洁能源为主� ....
