Neighborhood, my experiences is that i think people almost universally in the neighborhood would like to see that developed as housing. I mean, we have a housing crisis in this city. And the parking lot itself, you know, in the long run, isnt what the community, i think, is going to want or need. The communitys becoming more tech focused. I think well see a decline in cars.
