西城区房管局表示，请各机构引以为戒，立即在公司内部开展自查自纠，自查主要内容包括：1.从业人员个人是否存在建立客户群，并发表不当言论的行为；2.从业人员是否通过微信朋友圈、微信群、QQ群或其他自媒体渠道发布或转发涉及教改政策的不当言论；3.公司及门店是否存在发布涉及“学区房”的房源信息；4.公司、门店及员工是否存在以学区房为卖点鼓动引导出售方提高报价等行为。
