The last time his brothers and sister saw him outside of his locked room in a cold basement was Christmas Day, 2019, according to court documents.
He got no presents. Instead, the 11-year-old boy got a letter from Santa saying he was “on the naughty list for peeing and pooping,” and maybe, if he behaved, he’d get some presents next year, authorities say. ....
